What information does MIAL collect and how is it used?
MIAL collects or may collect the following information regarding visitors to its website: domain name, company name, name, information regarding any pages accessed, information volunteered by you and your preferred means of communication.
Other than stated in the preceding paragraph no attempt is made to identify users or their browsing activities except in the event of an investigation, where a law enforcement agency may exercise a warrant to inspect logs, or where MIAL believes we are required to collect and/or produce relevant electronic documentation to fulfil its obligations to third parties, including statutory organisations.

MIAL will do so if it is necessary to protect any copyright or intellectual property in the material in the website, or if it is necessary to enforce the MIAL website Terms and Conditions of Use.

By registering for a MIAL event you acknowledge that your attendance or that of the organisation you represent may be disclosed in any marketing or reporting about the event by MIAL through online media or various publications. You consent to the use of your organisation’s name and your position for this purpose and any photographs including you that are taken throughout the event being used for these purposes, unless you expressly advise us in writing that you do not consent.
